Project Description:
An internal web-based sales tool integrated into a predictive dialer (CIC Dialer) that is being "popped" up on the browsers of call center agents for them to enter mortgage information.
Has an accompanying "Manual CallBack Tool" - a similar application which is not connected to the predictive dialer and is used to do "offline calling" (when initially called person is not available during the online call).
This application requires 100% data accuracy.
